How to create a Speech to Text service in Microsoft Foundry

1. Sign in to Microsoft Foundry. Make sure the New Foundry toggle is on. These steps refer to Foundry (new).
2. The project you're working on appears in the upper-left corner. To create a new project, select the project name, and then select Create new project.
3. Note the region of your project. This will be used in the endpoint URL. Example: https://projectregion.tts.speech.microsoft.com.
4. Note the API Key of your project. This will be used to authenticate requests to the Speech service.
5. Place your API Key and endpoint URL in the respective fields on this form, then click "Load voices" to fetch the available neural voices.
